"Gérard Langella is a Parisian producer, composer and remixer who has been active since the 1980s. Founder of the Elliot Music label, he has worked for artists such as Precious Wilson, Sister Queen and Marcia Johnson. His multiple aliases - Mr Untel, Doc Gee, Yul, Loving Paris - reflect the diversity of his projects.
In 2002, he signed the Remixes of Jacques Tati under the name Mr Untel, which met with international success. He went on to release a string of lounge, house and Latin albums and compilations (Spanish Lounge, Lounge Area, Amazing...), collaborating with Swedish singer Hanna H and Italian Chicca (The Maggoos).
Langella has also performed as a live DJ internationally and worked in sound design for prestigious brands and festivals (Givenchy, Publicis, Yokohama Film Festival). His style fuses French touch, lounge, retro pop, Latin and jazz, with an elegant and cosmopolitan touch. Always active, he regularly releases new tracks on Spotify and SoundCloud."
